April Fools

The North Woods of Central Park is a great birding locale in the early spring. The combination of water, woods, open spaces and flowering trees provides opportunties for wildlife of every stripe. Somehow this guys makes a tree look comfortable!

Then this raggedy RTH circled...

then this well button fellow!

Next was this kestrel, pursued by bluejays.

He circled and then hovered over the compost heap a few times.

Wink, wink!
