This year's crop of youngsters is getting harder and harder to find. Testing their new independence, they now range to the limits of their parents territory. I've been spotting juvenile kestrels, peregrines and hawks from my roof for the past week now. But the best chance of seeing them is staking out the nest where they will return when hungry. That's where I caught up with one of the Cathedral youngsters.
